Five years ago, on Jan 21st, 2011, our second album "II: BETTER IN BLACK" was released, It's our experimental record, if you will. And there's one song we have played pretty much at every show ever since... Happy Birthday, II:BIB! Who knows the album?

Commentary by Leimsen:
"Wow. That's five years ago already? Tempus fugit, my friends, and don't we know it. Almost a different life back then, new job, new city, two bands, a lot of trains and a 24/7 rollercoaster ride. But the songs turned out pretty cool, I'd say.
Love the riff in "King". That was actually written a long time before we formed the band. One of those that needed to be used but couldn't back then. Still like the solo. Can you spot the cheap-ass Zakk rip-off section ("Miracle Man")? I did the overbend because Rich Ward, aka The Duke talked about it in an interview I did with him for Guitar Magazin. (Lots of the Mojo in my head back then. New album? Sweet!) Love the melody Fabian Schwarz and Fludid cooked up for the chorus.
Fun fact 1: The line "The King I Was" was lifted from a song by MOTORJESUS - and spawned a completely new lyrical scenario.
Fun fact 2: If you just take the chords of the chorus, not the octaves on top, you could sing "It's Only Love" by Tina Turner & Bryan Adams to it. But don't tell anybody!
Oh, I'm rambling. Good times. Back to work now. Have a good day, my friends. And if you checked out the video, which was done by Fludid under severe conditions (h__gover), thanks for listening!"
